As a Heavy Forger Helper, you'll be crucial to our forging process, assisting with the operation of heavy machinery. This role necessitates physical strength and technical skills, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure top-quality output.
Responsibilities
Help set up and operate heavy machinery used in the forging process.
Prepare materials through cutting, shaping, and heating techniques.
Undertake quality inspections on finished products.
Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication.
Follow strict safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines.
Communicate any issues with equipment to supervisors.
Be flexible in taking on various responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Prior experience in the forging or fabrication industry is highly regarded.
