Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic care to mothers and infants in the delivery suite.
• Monitor and assess fetal and maternal health through various stages of labor.
• Support mothers emotionally and physically during the childbirth process.
• Educate families on postpartum recovery and infant care techniques.
• Assist with multidisciplinary care planning and execution.
• Participate in training and mentorship of junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in Labor and Delivery

Technical Skills

• Emergency Response

Certifications

• Current registration with AHPRA
• Certification in BLS and ACLS

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
