This role requires excellent attention to detail and a strong knowledge of hat-making techniques. You will collaborate with designers and clients to bring unique ideas to life, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and satisfaction for our clientele.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative hat designs based on seasonal trends.
• Work closely with the sales team to create custom orders.
• Conduct fittings and alterations to ensure proper sizing.
• Attend fashion shows and events to showcase designs.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote hat collections.

Requirements

Education

• Certification or diploma in millinery or related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in millinery or fashion design.
