Responsibilities

• Inspect components thoroughly and ensure they conform to specifications.
• Maintain an organized workspace for effective quality control.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement in production techniques.
• Monitor production flow to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in watchmaking or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Experience working with luxury watch brands is a plus.
