Job Description

As a Winder Tender, you will be tasked with operating and maintaining pivotal machinery in our production line. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient running of operations while troubleshooting issues and performing essential maintenance. Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency across all shifts.
• Implement maintenance schedules and track machine performance metrics.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Actively participate in team meetings and safety briefings.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or diploma in mechanical engineering or related field is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with winding machinery, especially in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• PLC Knowledge
• Lean Manufacturing Practices

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Effective Communication

Advantageous

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Experience: Experience in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Forklift License: Holding a current forklift license is beneficial.
