Job Description

As a Grinding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining grinding equipment to produce precision blades. This role requires a keen eye for detail and technical expertise in manipulating machinery. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll ensure high-quality output and assist in troubleshooting when issues arise.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage various grinding machines to produce high-quality blades.
  • Carry out inspections and tests on finished products to ensure their quality and adherence to standards.
  • Handle equipment troubleshooting and participate in maintenance tasks to reduce downtime.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols.
  • Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and project goals.
  • Prepare detailed reports on production records and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular calibration of machines for optimal performance.
  • Engage in lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Trade certification is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience as a blade grinder or similar role
Technical Skills

Languages
