Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production workflow and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. You will lead a team of production workers, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
