Responsibilities

• Assemble balance bridges according to engineering specifications
• Conduct quality inspections on completed assemblies
• Adjust and repair components to meet quality standards

• Manage inventory of parts, ensuring timely supply for production
• Enforce adherence to safety guidelines and operational protocols
• Record production data for quality assurance purposes
• Engage in team brainstorming sessions for continuous improvement
• Provide guidance to new employees during their onboarding process

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in balance bridge assembly or a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
