Rubber Mill Operator

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Rubber Mill Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience operating rubber mills and related machinery, ensuring efficient and safe production. You will play a crucial role in the rubber milling process by monitoring and adjusting machine settings to meet the required specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections on milling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adjust machinery settings as required to meet production targets.
• Facilitate communication with quality control teams to ensure product standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety.
• Engage in problem-solving to address any production-related issues promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar manufacturing role

Technical Skills

• Rubber mill operation

Soft Skills

• Communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of rubber processing techniques: Experience with various rubber processing techniques will be beneficial.
• Technical training in machinery operation: Additional training in machinery operation is a plus.
