We are on the lookout for a proficient Solid Surface Fabricator to enhance our team. Your primary role will involve working with solid surface materials to meet the unique requirements of each project. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery while maintaining our high quality standards. This position offers a chance to work with innovative tools and techniques in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Use various tools to fabricate solid surface materials based on specifications.
• Effectively read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Join components using appropriate adhesives and techniques.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain tools and inventory, and manage reordering of supplies.
• Collaborate to streamline production timelines.
• Commit to safety protocols and tidy work areas.
• Guide junior staff as required.
• Stay current with fabrication advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or diploma in fabrication or related field

Experience

• Experience in operating CNC machinery preferred

Technical Skills

• CNC machinery
• Solid surface materials knowledge

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Team leadership experience: Experience in managing or supervising a fabrication team.
• Advanced quality control skills: Expertise in performing quality control throughout the fabrication process.
