Blending Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Blending Supervisor to manage our blending operations. You will ensure our products meet quality standards and work closely with other departments to achieve production goals in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily blending operations and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of blending operators, providing training as necessary.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular inspections of blending equipment and perform maintenance checks.
• Keep accurate records of production activities and manage inventory effectively.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product quality and address issues.
• Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in blending or mixing of raw materials is an advantage
