• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on furnace equipment.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other production personnel to meet targets.
• Assist with troubleshooting furnace issues to minimize downtime.
• Document furnace operations and maintain quality control logs.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical training or certification

Experience

• 3+ years in an industrial furnace operation role

• HVAC Systems Knowledge

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
