Job Description

We're seeking an IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and helping others. In this role, you will provide front-line support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. You will be key in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users.
  • Assist users in software installation and configuration.
  • Manage IT inventory and procurement processes.
  • Provide training to users on systems and applications.
  • Support network administration tasks as required.
  • Participate in IT projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation for support processes.
  • Help with the development of user guides and manuals.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate IV in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Undergraduate degree in IT or related field is preferable
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
