We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Snack Bar Manager to take charge of our bustling snack bar in Melbourne. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and customer service while leading a dedicated team. Your role will include inventory management, staff training, and implementing strategies to enhance sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the snack bar, ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of staff to provide top-notch service.
  • Develop promotional activities to increase customer traffic.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of supplies.
  • Prepare daily and weekly financial reports for review.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback positively.
  • Organise staff schedules and manage leave requests.
  • Regularly evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
