Responsibilities

• Enhance the design and operation of chemical manufacturing processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies for process improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source raw materials effectively.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Review product technical specifications and ensure quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Provide technical support during production scale-up.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field
• Master's degree desirable

Experience

• 3+ years' experience in manufacturing or production environment
