Responsibilities

• Perform thorough neuropsychological assessments, including cognitive, behavioral, and emotional evaluations.
• Interpret assessment results and communicate findings to clients and their support networks.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions for developing tailored treatment strategies.
• Offer therapy sessions to address emotional and psychological distress.
• Active participation in team meetings and case discussions.
• Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
• Support ongoing research initiatives within the practice.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient assessments and therapy sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Clinical Neuropsychology or equivalent
• Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia

Experience

• Experience in conducting neuropsychological assessments and developing treatment plans

Technical Skills

• Clinical Assessment Skills
• Therapeutic Techniques

Advantageous

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems: Proficient in navigating and utilizing EMR systems for documentation.
