Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Imaging Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced technology. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality images are produced for accurate interpretation by medical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging systems and ensure patient safety during diagnostic procedures.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and best practices.
• Document imaging procedures and patient information accurately.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior imaging staff.
• Keep the work environment organized and sterile.
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding imaging procedures.
• Perform quality control checks on imaging systems and maintain logs.
• Stay up to date with advancements in imaging technology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging

Technical Skills

• CT Scanning
• MRI Procedures

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Specialized certification in MRI or CT

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in specific imaging modalities: Experience in modalities such as mammography, interventional radiology, or nuclear medicine.
• Additional certifications: Holding further certifications in specialized imaging techniques.
