Job Description

As a Mining Engineer at Resource Solutions Pty Ltd, you will leverage your expertise to oversee mining operations, ensuring efficiency and safety throughout the extraction process. You will collaborate closely with geologists, environmental scientists, and management to develop strategies that maximise resource recovery while minimising environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mining projects from inception to completion.
• Research and analyse mining methods to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational success.
• Provide technical support and advice to site personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to assess operational effectiveness.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports on project outcomes.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in mining roles with project leadership experience
