Capsule Inspector

Job Description

As a Capsule Inspector at Pharma Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for the visual inspection and verification of capsules during the production process. You're expected to ensure that all products meet our rigorous quality standards, playing a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough visual inspections of capsules continuously throughout production.
• Document all findings and results in the quality management system.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
• Participate in training sessions on GMP and relevant regulatory changes.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to foster a culture of quality.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Manufacturing or Quality Control

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Quality Management Systems
• Production Machinery Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Six Sigma Certification: Certification in Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Experience in electronic batch records (EBRs): Familiarity with the use of EBRs for documenting production processes.
