Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality metal components. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and run cutting and punch machines efficiently to achieve high-quality production.
  • Interpret and execute job orders, ensuring adherence to specifications.
  • Ensure the correct maintenance and performance of machines.
  • Monitor and report any mechanical malfunctions promptly.
  • Follow safety standards and uphold a clean working environment.
  • Assist in the training of less experienced operators.
  • Compile production reports at the end of each shift.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Metalworking or Manufacturing is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2-3 years of machine operating experience
