Job Description

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Amusement and Recreation Attendants to join our team at Top Fun Pty Ltd. The right candidates will ensure a fun and safe environment for patrons while assisting with daily operations in our amusement park.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safe operation of all attractions and rides.
• Ensure guests understand and adhere to ride safety rules.
• Provide thorough training for new attendants on equipment and procedures.
• Assist with the setup and takedown of seasonal decorations and events.
• Monitor guest behavior, intervening as necessary to ensure a safe environment.
• Update operational logs and assist in scheduling shifts.
• Actively promote a clean and welcoming environment for all participants.
• Participate in emergency response drills and safety training.
• Handle customer feedback and engage positively with guests.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with customer management systems: Experience with software used for guest management and ticketing.
• Knowledge of local wildlife management: Understanding of appropriate practices for managing local species.
