Job Description

As a Rug Cutter, you will play a crucial role in our operations by cutting and shaping rugs according to customer specifications. We are looking for someone who pays excellent attention to detail and can operate cutting machines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Measure and calculate dimensions for cutting rugs.
• Follow detailed instructions for custom orders.
• Ensure all operational procedures are followed for safety.
• Work closely with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Implement feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
• Assist in training new team members as required.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in customer service and sales is beneficial.
