Job Description

The Ski Binding Fitter and Repairer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have safe and reliable ski equipment. You will fit and repair ski bindings for a range of customers, providing expert advice and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales staff to provide excellent customer experiences.
• Educate customers on ski binding safety and maintenance.
• Manage the repair workshop to ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Contribute to team meetings on best practices and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in ski binding fitting and repair is advantageous

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in ski binding fitting and repair

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Ski Equipment
• Mechanical Aptitude

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Customer service experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
