Job Description

As a Cloth Tearer, you will play a vital role in cutting fabrics to specified sizes and shapes, ensuring precision and accuracy while using various fabric-cutting equipment. Your skillful handling of materials will contribute to our production process and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Tear and shred used clothing and textiles into small pieces using specialized machines.
• Work efficiently and safely to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of shredded materials.
• Assist with sorting and organizing materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• No formal experience required; however, experience in a manufacturing/production environment is advantageous.
