Responsibilities

• Fitting half soles onto various shoes with precision.

• Safely removing old soles and prepping shoes for new ones.
• Cutting and shaping half soles to ensure proper fit.
• Applying adhesives and securing soles to footwear.
• Verifying that all fittings comply with quality standards.
• Organizing tools and maintaining a tidy work area.
• Engaging with customers to address any queries.
• Documenting completed work and materials used.
• Continuously improving fitting techniques and processes.

Requirements

Experience

• Prior experience in footwear repair is highly preferred.
