Responsibilities
Operate and manage day-to-day activities of watercraft and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety measures and risk management protocols.
Assist in training new staff on procedures and safety standards.
Manage customer service inquiries and provide solutions effectively.
Monitor equipment for malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
Engage in customer feedback collection to enhance services.
Prepare reports on watercraft operations and incidents.
Participate in environmental initiatives to ensure sustainable practices.
Promote a positive work culture and teamwork within the operations team.
Requirements
Education
Certificate IV in Maritime Operations
Marine Engineering Certificate is a plus

3+ years in marine operations with customer service experience
