Job Description

As an Injection Molding Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. Your expertise will ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and to rigorous specifications, making you a vital part of our production team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machinery for optimal performance.
• Make adjustments based on production specifications and quality control guidelines.
• Conduct quality inspections and document findings.
• Assist in training new operators in machine operation and safety protocols.
• Ensure materials are prepared and stocked for the production run.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Injection Molding or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in injection molding or a similar field

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Machine operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with robotic automation: Hands-on experience with robotic arms and automation systems in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of hot runner systems: Familiarity with hot runner technology for improved injection molding efficiency.
