Job Description

As a Set Builder, you will play a crucial role in designing, constructing, and assembling sets for our dynamic theatre productions. Collaborating closely with the production team, you will ensure that all sets align with both the creative vision and technical requirements of each production.

Responsibilities

• Design and build sets for productions to ensure safety and functionality.
• Supervise the set-building team and provide guidance.
• Communicate effectively with the Production Manager regarding design feasibility.
• Manage and order construction materials and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during the set-building process.
• Maintain a collaborative environment with the creative team.
• Assist with troubleshooting and logistical challenges on set.
• Participate in continuous improvement discussions related to set building.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational trade certification

Experience

• 2-5 years in a relevant field, preferably in entertainment or theatre

Languages
