Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Adelaide store. You will be responsible for staff management, sales performance, and visual merchandising, making sure our store stands out in the bustling retail market.

Responsibilities

  • Steer store operations towards achieving defined performance metrics.
  • Recruit and train new employees; foster a coaching culture.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels through strategic ordering and stock rotation.
  • Create enticing product displays that attract customers and maximize sales.
  • Engage with customers to build rapport and loyalty.
  • Produce weekly sales reports and analyze team performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Retail Management is a plus
