Job Description

The Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender will be responsible for preparing materials for impregnation, applying coatings, and ensuring quality control in our manufacturing processes. This role is vital in achieving our goal of delivering high-quality finishes for various industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain impregnation machines effectively.
• Prepare substrates for coating by performing necessary pre-treatments.
• Conduct inspections to check for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Work closely with other operators to ensure seamless workflow.
• Record production output and report discrepancies to management.
• Familiarize with and apply different coating materials as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in developing new production techniques that enhance quality.
• Adhere strictly to company policies regarding safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Preferred certification in manufacturing or technical training

Experience

• 2+ years of experience operating impregnation equipment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of different coating materials

Soft Skills

• Communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
