Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee hotel operations at our breathtaking resort in Ayers Rock. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring outstanding service, and leading a vibrant team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise guest services operations to ensure all guests receive a warm welcome.
  • Manage budgeting and forecast financial outcomes for the department.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance guest loyalty and repeat bookings.
  • Ensure all staff provide efficient and friendly service at all times.
  • Review performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve service delivery.
  • Plan and implement staff development programs and workshops.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure quality dining experiences.
  • Participate in local tourism boards and community events to promote the hotel.
  • Develop and maintain hotel operations manual and training materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management with a focus on guest relations
