Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Felt Carbonizer to join our team. The Felt Carbonizer will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality felt carbon products using appropriate machinery and equipment. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the carbonization process and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor parameters for optimal carbonization results.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or related field.

• Carbonization Process Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Supervisory experience: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production environment.
