We are seeking skilled Painting, Coating, and Decorating Workers to join our agricultural team. The successful candidates will be responsible for applying coatings to various surfaces, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain spray equipment for pesticides and herbicides.
• Adjust operations based on weather conditions.
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the agriculture team for optimal results.
• Develop and implement strategies for quality assurance.
• Train new employees on equipment usage and safety protocols.
• Document all activities and report progress to the Farm Manager.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with advancements in spraying technology.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in spray painting or automotive refinishing
• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a sprayer

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety procedures

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Work Health and Safety Certificate
• Forklift License (if required for the role)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
