Job Description

Join our team as a Grader and Sorter for agricultural products where you'll play a vital role in the quality control process of our products. Your attention to detail will ensure that only the best products reach our customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that products are sorted accurately to meet customer specifications.
• Support the team in maintaining stock levels and supplies.
• Help in the preparation of products for packaging and distribution.
• Assist in general farm maintenance and cleanliness as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding best practices for sorting and grading.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• Previous experience in agriculture or horticulture is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience with hand-held tools
• Knowledge of different plant varieties

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
