Job Description

We are seeking a highly-skilled Farm Operations Manager to lead our agricultural team. This role will involve overseeing farm operations, developing strategic plans for production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and assess risks associated with potential investments.
• Monitor market trends and changes to inform investment strategies.
• Create predictive models based on historical data and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on risk management strategies.
• Assist in developing risk assessment framework and protocols.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on investment opportunities and risks.
• Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives and risk appetite.
• Support the internal audit process by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in investment analysis and risk assessment
