Job Description

As a Project Manager, your primary focus will be on executing projects while effectively managing resources and timelines. You will lead project planning sessions, develop project schedules, and monitor progress to ensure reliable delivery. Your role also includes managing risks, budgeting, and reporting on project status, contributing to our commitment to delivering excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules to guide the execution of the project.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and adapt plans as needed.
  • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Oversee budget management, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and promote effective teamwork.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Promote continuous improvement and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Liaise with external vendors and contractors as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in project management or related field
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
