Airfield Operations Specialist

Job Description

As an Airfield Operations Specialist, you will coordinate flight schedules, liaising between pilots and ground control to ensure smooth and safe operations. Your role will include monitoring weather conditions, maintaining flight records, and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for all operational inquiries.
• Monitor and manage flight delays and cancellations.
• Maintain operational records and documentation.
• Ensure effective communication with the central operations team.
• Support the implementation of new aviation technologies.
• Participate in safety audits and operational reviews.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Assist passengers in understanding flight procedures.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes.

Requirements

Education

• Any bachelor's degree is advantageous
• Specialised aviation management qualifications are highly desirable

Experience

• Experience in international flight operations is highly preferred.
