We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Darwin. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and provide effective IT support to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network management, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service while resolving IT issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance on IT equipment and infrastructure.
• Assist in the installation of network hardware and software.
• Provide user training on new systems and software updates.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate technology integration.
• Document solutions and troubleshooting steps for knowledge base.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development.
• Engage in continuous learning of emerging technologies and practices.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships for IT services.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support

• Windows and Linux OS

Certifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification
• ITIL Foundations Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
