UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design principles and a passion for crafting engaging user experiences. You will work closely with developers and product managers to design and implement functional and aesthetically pleasing digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead user-centered design processes from concept through to completion.
• Create innovative designs that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of design concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing on user interface for promotional materials.
• Document design processes and outcomes for team reference.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or similar is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Languages
