Job Description

The Curtain Roller Assembler is responsible for assembling curtains and blinds according to customer specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure quality and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

• Assemble curtain rollers according to specifications and quality standards.
• Measure and cut materials accurately for production.
• Operate machinery and hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and efficiency.
• Maintain tools and machines in good working order.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Assist with mentoring new team members on assembly techniques.
• Document any issues encountered during production for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications are required.
• Certificate III in Textile Production may be advantageous.

Experience

• No experience is required, but experience in a manufacturing or textiles environment is beneficial.
