Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality graphics and layouts for both print and digital media.
• Collaborate across departments to identify and define project requirements for designs.
• Research and apply current design trends to enhance project outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations of design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project goals.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed before publishing.
• Contribute to creating a positive team culture focused on creativity and innovation.
• Provide design support for events and internal projects.
• Assist with social media management by creating engaging visuals.
• Offer insights and improvements for ongoing design processes and workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication or related field
• Relevant certifications in Graphic Design is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency environment

Technical Skills

• Sketch and Figma
• Responsive Web Design

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with SEO principles: Understanding how design impacts SEO and how to implement best practices.
