As a Quilter at Creative Textile Co., you will immerse yourself in a creative environment, collaborating with other artisans to bring innovative quilt designs to life. This role is perfect for those who have a passion for textile arts and are eager to innovate.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new quilt patterns in collaboration with the design team.
• Select fabrics and ensure quality of materials used.
• Oversee the production process of quilts from inception to completion.
• Conduct quality checks during various stages of production.
• Assist in training new team members on quilting techniques.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions for new product lines.
• Manage inventory of quilting materials and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards in the workshop.

Requirements

Education

• No specific educational qualifications required
• Certification or diploma is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in quilting or similar roles preferred
