Join our team as a School Traffic Guard! You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of students at crossings. Ideal candidates will have sharp communication skills and experience managing vehicular flow during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe passage of students during peak traffic hours.
• Utilize hand-held stop signals to manage vehicle flow.
• Ensure the visibility of safety gear during duty hours.
• Assist in emergency situations and provide first aid if necessary.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while on duty.
• Engage with the school community to promote road safety.
• Document any incidents or unusual occurrences promptly.
• Foster a culture of safety and awareness among students.
• Adapt to changing traffic conditions and implement solutions.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to improve safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills are preferred.

Experience

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
