Job Description

As a Telecommunications Utilities Foreman, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications infrastructure within our operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the utilities sector, managing technical teams while ensuring compliance and high standards in all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication systems.
  • Supervise a team of technicians and ensure tasks are performed safely.
  • Create safety and efficiency protocols for project execution.
  • Assess project deliverables and meet deadlines.
  • Report on project costs and performance metrics.
  • Enforce compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients during project execution.
  • Train team members on new technologies and safety practices.
  • Handle administrative duties such as budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Support technical issue resolution in the field.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in telecommunications or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications or utilities industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
