Job Description

We are on the hunt for a talented Painting, Coating, and Decorating Worker to create stunning stencils and artwork. You will play a key role in collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life, ensuring accuracy and top-notch quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute stenciling techniques to create high-quality designs.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Oversee the maintenance of stencil-making equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to determine their requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new stencil ideas.
• Prepare samples and prototypes for client approval.
• Contribute to overall team goals and company projects.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certifications in art or design preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in stencil design and production.

Technical Skills

• Experienced with Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Cricut Design Space and stencil cutting machines

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent
