The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial data to drive business decisions.
• Create detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in the financial planning and analysis process.
• Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Conduct market analysis to gauge competitive positioning.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with external auditors during financial reviews.
• Train junior staff on financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's Degree or relevant certification preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
