Job Description

Seeking a skilled Revenue Audit Clerk to contribute to our auditing processes. The successful candidate will carry out regular financial audits, investigate discrepancies, and assist in maintaining compliance with financial regulations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with various departments to resolve issues are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular audits to validate revenue streams and financial documentation.
  • Review and analyse invoices and receipts for accurate reporting.
  • Investigate discrepancies and suggest corrective measures to enhance accuracy.
  • Draft and present comprehensive audit reports to the finance team.
  • Maintain organized records of all audit activities and findings.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of conflicts.
  • Contribute to the development of audit methodologies and protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to financial laws and internal policies.
  • Engage in ongoing training workshops to further skill development.
  • Aid in producing financial forecasts based on audit outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant Accounting Certification is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue auditing
