We are seeking a proactive Investment Banker to join our Brisbane office. The ideal candidate will have experience in securities, mergers and acquisitions, and offering financial consultation to our clients. You'll manage client relationships and develop bespoke financial strategies tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transaction processes from pitch to closing.
• Develop strategic financial frameworks for client investment decisions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
• Engage in networking activities to promote services and generate leads.
• Utilise financial software to enhance reporting and analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
• Master’s degree in Finance preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in banking or finance-related fields with a focus on investment banking
