Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling and valuation analysis for prospective deals.
• Identify potential investment opportunities in various sectors.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
• Collaborate with associates and analysts on transaction execution.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
• Master’s degree in Finance preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in banking or finance-related fields with a focus on investment banking
