Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Compressed Yeast Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of yeast production processes and the ability to supervise a team effectively, ensuring quality and efficiency in yeast production.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of yeast production specialists in daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures for yeast production.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and develop solutions.
  • Monitor raw material usage and costs to maintain budget compliance.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse production data and prepare reports for management.
  • Train new hires on safe operating procedures and production techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compressed yeast production with supervisory responsibilities.
