Utility Bagger

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Utility Bagger to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and packing finished products meticulously to ensure accuracy and avoid damage during transportation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack and label products for shipment.
• Carry out quality inspections of packed goods.
• Use machinery and tools sensibly and safely.
• Assist in inventory control and stocktaking.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training.
• Help maintain the efficiency of the operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in the recycling and waste management practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within manufacturing or warehousing is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Quality assurance knowledge
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• First Aid Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with packaging machinery: Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting bagging and packaging equipment.
